The purpose of the meeting is to:

1.             Consider the Annual Report of the President of the Chamber.
2.             Consider the Annual Financial Statements of the Chamber.
3.             Appoint Auditors for the Financial Year.
4.             Elect the Members of the 2012 /2013 Executive Committee.

 Kindly confirm your presence by contacting the Administrator, Adelaide Theko by latest Monday 13 February 2012. Should you be unable to attend yourself, you may be represented by written proxy (forms to be requested by email from the office). Completed and signed proxies must please be forwarded to the Chamber by Monday 13 February 2012.

 Included herewith is a nomination form, should you wish to nominate someone to serve on next year’s Executive Committee. (Kindly take note that the new President, may only be nominated from the rank of the present Executive Committee). The closing date for nominations is Monday 13 February 2012.

 The Annual General Meeting is an important meeting of the Chamber and members are urged to attend.
